The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, PrivacyStatement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client","You" and "Your" refers to you, the person visiting thiswebsite and is compliant to WBS Events’s terms and conditions. "TheCompany", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and"Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties",or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer tothe offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake theprocess of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for theexpress purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of theCompany’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing lawsof India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular,plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable andtherefore as referring to same.
WBS Events shall use its best endeavours to adhere to the advertised packageand agenda for the event disclosed to the Client prior to the date of thisagreement, but such package and/or agenda may be altered, or parts thereofomitted or dates thereof changed, for any cause that WBS Events (afterconsultation with the Client), acting reasonably shall consider to benecessary. Notwithstanding the above, WBS Events will use its best efforts toorganize the event on a suitable venue or online platform (whichever isapplicable), and on the proposed dates. Do not rely on any oral representationswith respect to the dates. Any change in dates will be communicated by email tothe client failing which, the Client is entitled for a full refund of theamount paid. WBS Events is entitled, without penalty, to change the venue oronline platform (whichever is applicable) or date of the event.
WBS Events shall not be liable for any special, consequential, orincidental damages arising out of this agreement or the services providedhereunder, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of useor any damages or sums paid by the Client to third parties, even if WBS Eventshas been advised of the possibility of such damages.
WBS Events is granted the right to use, for promotional purposes, anymaterial recorded at the Event, whether in photographic, audio or audio-visualformat, without time limitation and in any format. The Attendee hereby gives upany privacy right he might have due to his presence at the Event and acceptsnot to enter into any legal proceedings against WBS Events arising from theOrganizer’s use of such material. The data filled in this form will be storedand used for obvious logistic and communication purposes. WBS Events will notsell or disclose them to any third party other than that for matters directlyrelated to the Event.
In the event of postponement or abandonment of the event due to war,threats or acts of terrorism, or force majeure, WBS Events shall be under noliability in any way whatsoever in respect of any expenditure, or liability orloss incurred by Clients. In such cases, alternate date for the event will bescheduled within six months from the original date and client's participationwill be moved to the rescheduled event. In case the client is not able toattend the rescheduled event, a full credit note will be given which can beused by the client to attend any future WBS Events events. In case therescheduled event takes place after six months from the original date of theevent then client can demand for a full refund. Such refund will be processedwithin 30 days of receiving the request.
If WBSEvents decides to postpone the event for reasons other than Force Majeure thenan alternate date for the event will be scheduled within six months from theoriginal date and client's participation will be moved to the rescheduledevent. In case the client is not able to attend the rescheduled event, a fullcredit note will be given which can be used by the client to attend any future WBSEvents events. In case the rescheduled event takes place after six months fromthe original date of the event then client can demand for afull refund. Such refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving therequest.
If WBS Events cancels the event for any reason then the full amount paidby the client will be refunded within 30 business days of cancellation withoutclient being able to claim any compensation for the same.
This agreement constitutes the sole and exclusive agreement between the WBSEvents and the Client. The Client acknowledges that no other warranties,representations or acknowledgements, written or verbal, have been made that arenot reflected herein. These terms and conditions may not be changed by WBSEvents without the written confirmation of a director thereof, and, in anyevent, no such change shall be effective unless made in a writing signed by WBSEvents and an authorized representative of the Client. The names of allauthorized directors of WBS Events will be provided upon request. Time is ofthe essence in relation to this agreement. This agreement shall be binding uponall the parties upon execution and delivery to the other party of thiscontract. Delivery by email shall constitute delivery hereof. Notices orcommunications in connection with this agreement shall be sent via email andshall be sent to the Parties (WBS Events and the Client) as follows: Noticessent via email shall be deemed to be received at the time of delivery. Allnotices sent on a day other than a business day shall be deemed to be receivedon the immediately following business day. The construction, validity andperformance of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws ofBengaluru, India to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Bengaluru,India.
Ifthe Client cancels the agreement more than 7 days after its signature and morethan two months before the Event, he shall be required to pay to WBS Events 50%of the total amount mentioned in this booking form. If the cancellation isbetween 30 to 60 days before the event, then 75% of the contract amount remainsdue. In case of a cancellation less than a month before the Event, 100% of theprice would remain due. That amount covers the marketing work already performedby WBS Events for the Client as well as the loss of other opportunitiesincurred by WBS Events due to the client initial engagement. It shall in nocircumstances be negotiated or reduced no matter when, within the definedtimeframe, intervenes the cancellation. WBS Events can offer the client a fullCredit up to the amount actually paid by the client to WBS Events. This Creditcan be used within one year from the issue date for any event hosted by WBSEvents. There shall be no refunds or credits for Cancellationreceived less than one month prior to the event. If the client does notofficially cancel this agreement and does not participate in the event theinvoice will remain payable in full.
Unless otherwise stated, WBS Events and/or its licensors own theintellectual property rights for all material on WBS Events. All intellectualproperty rights are reserved. You may access this from WBS Events for your ownpersonal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Any such information, content or material that belongs to WBS Events,which we have reason to believe will discredit the organization or isdefamatory or breaches the intellectual property rights as set out per theabove will be a violation of the general terms & conditions. Suchinformation will be required to be taken down with immediate effect.

The construction, validity and performance of these documents shall begoverned in all respects by the local laws as applicable.
